Falafel with Hummus

Ingredients Falafel:

  • 500 g chickpeas (cooked)
  • 2 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 onion
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • fresh parsley
  • Falafel seasoning
  • salt & pepper
  • oil for frying

Ingredients Hummus:


Directions falafel:

  • Just mix all ingredients and add seasonings to taste.
  • If the dough is too wet, add more flour.
  • Then form balls, rounds or patties and fry in a pan with oil until golden brown.

Directions hummus:

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
