Wash the herbs, dry them well and chop them finely.
Put the vegan butter in a bowl with the chopped herbs. Press in the garlic clove. Add some salt and pepper and mix with a fork to combine.
Place the herb butter on a piece of cling film and wrap it into a roll. Then put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or in the freezer for 30 minutes, until it is firm enough to be sliced.
Then unwrap the herb butter and sprinkle with a few more fresh herbs and salt if desired.
Serve on freshly baked baguette, toasted
The Vegan Herb Butter will keep for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator and can also be frozen for up to 6 months. The longer it chills, the more flavors it becomes.
