In a large pot, boil the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions, until al dente.
Then drain well and place into a bowl. Add garlic powder, Italian herbs, paprika powder, vegan parmesan, a bit of salt and pepper, and olive oil and mix well.
Spread the pasta on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, making sure they are not overlapping or touching each other, and bake at 392°F (200°C) for 17-20 minutes, or until golden brown. (Alternatively, cook in a preheated air fryer at 180°C (350°F) for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway). Then let them cool to further crisp up.
