This Strawberry Watermelon Popsicle recipe is a delicious and refreshing fruit snack that is quick and easy to make, naturally vegan and perfect for summer! It's a simple dairy-free, fat-free and low-calorie ice cream recipe that uses just 3 natural ingredients with no added sugar and can be made with any fresh fruits and berries!

Cut the watermelon into large chunks and remove the seeds. If using frozen strawberries, rinse under warm water to get rid of the ice crystals. Then cut into halves.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth (or use an immersion stick blender).
Pour the "smoothie mixture" into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for them to expand. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until hard.
Run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them up as needed, then remove from the mold.
