Ingredients:
Dumplings:
- 70gr yield oats flakes
- 160gr curd
- 1 egg
- about 1 tbsp. sugar replacement
- a bit Vanilla
- strawberries
- poppy seeds
Blueberry sauce:
- 200gr (frozen) blueberries
- 1-2 tsp. sugar replacement
- a bit Vanilla
- a knife tip carob gum
Toppings:
- fresh blueberries
- Oreo cookies
Directions:
- Defrost frozen blueberries.
- Combine yield oats flakes with curd, egg, sugar replacement and vanilla and let the dough rest for about 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, bring water to the boil in a pot.
- Form the dough to 6 dumplings with wet hands and place a strawberry in the middle.
- Finally put the dumplings carefully into the hot water.
- As soon as the dumplings come to the surface (after about 10 minutes), they’re done.
- Spread poppy seeds and sugar replacement on a baking paper and roll the dumplings in it.
- Finally, blend some blueberries, combine with carob gum, some sugar replacement and vanilla to taste and put it into the microwave briefly until it starts to cook.
- Serve „dumplings“ with the hot blueberry sauce, oreo cookies and some fresh blueberries.
