- 2 slices toast
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 100gr berries of choice
- a knife tip carob gum
- about 1 tsp sweetener of choice (f.ex. Xucker, agave syrup or honey)
- Roast your toast.
- Spread thick with peanut butter.
- Microwave the berries briefly.
- Stir or puree with carob gum and sugar of choice.
- Done. 🙂
