Hasselback Potatoes

Diesen Beitrag gibt es auch in:


  • 500gr potatoes
  • seasonings of choice
  • 2-3 tbsp oil


  • Ajvar
  • tomato flakes
  • Avocado + Sesam
  • salad, veggies + dressing of choice


  1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Wash and dry potatoes.
  3. Place a potato on top of a tablespoon and slice the potato into thin slices (but don’t cut them through).
  4. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet and press them a bit apart carefully.
  5. Marinate them with seasonings + oil and bake about 40-50 minutes until goldenbrown and crispy.
  6. Serve hasselback potatoes with tomato dip, avocado and salad.
  7. Bon appetite! ?

    Looks great! Kind of potatoes matter, can I use any? Also I use garlic powder and its may taste perfect
