Falafel with HummusAuthor:
- 500 g chickpeas (cooked)
- 2 tbsp bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 onion
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- fresh parsley
- Falafel seasoning
- salt & pepper
- oil for frying
- Just mix all ingredients and add seasonings to taste.
- If the dough is too wet, add more flour.
- Then form balls, rounds or patties and fry in a pan with oil until golden brown.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
