- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsp starch
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- pepper powder
- sea salt
- Peel sweet potatoes, cut them into sticks and soak them in a bowl of cold water for about 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 200 degrees circulating heat.
- Dry soaked sweet potatoes and combine with starch, oil and pepper powder.
- Bake them for about 20-25 minutes, or until crispy in a grilling tray (flip the fries after 10 minutes).
- Season with sea salt to taste, serve with dips and enjoy! 🙂
