Crispy Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp starch
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • pepper powder
  • sea salt

Dips:

Directions:

  1. Peel sweet potatoes, cut them into sticks and soak them in a bowl of cold water for about 1 hour.
  2. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees circulating heat.
  3. Dry soaked sweet potatoes and combine with starch, oil and pepper powder.
  4. Bake them for about 20-25 minutes, or until crispy in a grilling tray (flip the fries after 10 minutes).
  5. Season with sea salt to taste, serve with dips and enjoy! 🙂
