Potato Wedges with Hummus

Potato Wedges:

  • 500gr potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 tbsp potato seasoning
  • about 1 tsp garlic pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees (or 180 degrees circulating heat).
  2. Clean and dry potatoes and cut them in quarters.
  3. Put them together with oil and seasonings in a bowl with a lid on it and shake well.
  4. Spread everything on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 45 minutes (or until crunchy).
  5. Meanwhile, open the door of the oven now and then and turn the wedges.

Ingredients Hummus:

  • 250gr drained chickpeas
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tbsp sesame butter
  • 50ml Olive oil
  • pepper, salt
  • paprika powder
  • cumin
  • juice of 1/2 juice

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients.
