Yellow Chia-Smoothie with Homemade Cashewmilk

Ingredients :

Cashewmilk:

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Chiapudding:

  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup cashew milk (or coconut milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tbsp maple syrup (or honey)

Smoothie:

  • ½ Mango
  • 1 large banana
  • ¼ pineapple
  • 1 peach
  • ½ Orange

Instructions:

Cashewmilk:
1.) Soak cashews in water for about 2-3 hours or over night.
2.) Pour off afterwards and puree cashews with 3 cups fresh water, vanilla and maple syrup.

Chia-Pudding:
1.) In a medium bowl, mix together chia seeds, cashew milk, vanilla, and maple syrup
2.) Now give it a good whisk and place it in the fridge to firm up for 2 hours or overnight.

Smoothie:
1.) Peel and cut the fruits and mix them in a blender.

-> Fnally, fill the chia pudding to half in a glass and then pour over the Smoothie slowly.
