• ca. 75gr ground or fine oats
  • 1 tbsp vanilla Pudding powder
  • vanilla protein powder if you like )
  • milk of Choice (to desired consistency)
  • banana or apple or both
  • 1-2 tbsp chopped nuts
  • sweetener if you need
  • berries, banana
  • 2 tbsp grated flaxseeds
  • chochlade Balls
  • dried fruits


  1. Prepare Toppings and slice fruits
  2. Mash banana
  3. Apfel reiben oder klein schneiden./ grate Apple or cut into small pieces
  4. Bring milk and Pudding powder to the boil in a pot while stirring
  5. Add oats, Banana, apple (and protein) and bring to the boil again (stir the whole time)
  6. Taste with oatmeal Spice and Xucker
  7. Put a lid on it and let it Rest for about 5 minutes
  8. Finally, fill your Oatmeal in a bowl and put the Toppings on top
  9. Done!
