Falafel with Hummus

Ingredients Falafel:

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained
  • 1 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp flour
  •  onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • fresh parsley
  • Falafel seasoning
  • salt, pepper
  • oil for frying

Directions:

  1. Just mix all ingredients and add seasonings to taste.
  2. Then form balls, rounds or patties and fry in a deep fryer or in a pot with enough oil until golden brown.

 

Ingredients Hummus:

  • 250gr drained chickpeas
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tbsp sesame butter
  • 50ml Olive oil
  • pepper, salt
  • paprika powder
  • cumin
  • juice of 1/2 juice

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients.
