Ingredients:

Crêpes:

  • 100gr flour
  • 100ml milk (of choice)
  • 100ml sparkling water (or more milk)
  • 1 tbsp peanutbutter
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar of choice
  • a bit vanilla, cinnamon (optionally)
  • coconut oil for frying

Peanutbutter chocolate sauce:

  • 2 tbsp peanutbutter
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • a bit coconut milk
  • syrup or sugar to taste

Directions:

  1. For the crepes, mix flour, milk, water, peanut butter and sugar replacement (with a bit of vanilla and cinnamon).
  2. Let the dough set for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add a bit more milk if you prefer thinner crêpes or add more flour if they should be thicker.
  4. Heat up oil in a pan on high heat and bake the Crêpes briefly (for about 1-2 minutes) each side.
  5. Finally, combine all ingredients for the sauce.
  6. Serve your crepes with the sauce and more toppings of choice.
  7. Enjoy!

I made these crêpes yesterday and I love the simpleness of the ingredients. It was actually the first time making crêpes and they turned out good! I could have make it a bit thinner though. I did halve the recipe.
And I loooove the chocolate sauce with it. Mine came out a bit more chocolatery but I kept it very thick so it felt like a peanut Nutella and that can’t be bad right?

      Hey Sarah,
So glad to read that you liked the recipe! I also prefer them a bit thicker and also a creamy sauce ???
When you want to try thinner crêpes or chocolate sauce, you can easily add more liquid.
      Much love
      Bianca
